The administrative and legal status of the SJA is determined as the subject of ensuring the modernization of the judiciary system. The content of the administrative-legal regulation of the activity of the SJA is disclosed. The mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of the activity of the SJA is a system of legal elements for the improvement of public relations in the field of the judicial branch of government, which is a set of consistent and organized administrative tools. The international standards of provision of the judicial branch of power by the special subjects of public administration are disclosed.
