Tybinka I. Regulation of intraregional socio-economic differentiation in conditions of decentralization in Ukraine

The object of study: the processes of intra-regional differentiation of socio-economic development in Ukraine. Objective: studying of the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific recommendations for the regulation of intra-regional differentiation of socio-economic development in terms of decentralization. Methods: logic generalization, analysis, comparison and synthesis, structural, factor analysis, correlation analysis, decomposition, theoretical modeling, graphic and matrix. Novelty: for the first time proposed the concept of regulation of intra-regional differentiation of socio-economic development, according to which the strategic objectives disproportion reduction policy are: setting up the network of interactions between the less economically developed areas and growth poles; ensuring of the integration of social and economic space in the region; promoting of the effective use of the economic potential of local communities; increasing the competitiveness of local communities and the region as a whole, improved system of criteria for the classification of intra-regional differentiation, methodical approach to the evaluation of intra socioeconomic differentiation, systematizing regulatory tools for intra socio-economic differentiation according to areas of application, including: institutional, fiscal, organizational and territorial organizational and communication tools. Scope of application: in the activities of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine in the development of methodology for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of implementation of economic policy in the implementation of local government reform and fiscal decentralization, Pustomyty District State Administration at forming of long-term plan for territorial communities Chyshky Village Council in preparation of projects to participate in the regional competition of local micro-project for Lviv Regional State Administration.
