The thesis is devoted to analysis of the characteristics and establishing laws of general process of removing heat by the liquid coolant, that was moving in channels of different geometries, which were formed within the substrate of crystal chips, microprocessors and elements of wide application integrated electronics. In order to increase average heat flows from the heated surface of the crystal into an operating liquid coolant it was suggested to place a perpendicular system of different geometries fittings inside the curved channels. The problem of heat transfer from the outside heated environment to the curvilinear channel filled with a homogeneous incompressible viscous fluid in terms of "stream function - vorticity" for dimensionless form in the approximation of small Reynolds numbers Re is solved numerically. Quantitative dependence of levels of heat flow and the pressure difference was obtained within the range of Reynolds number Re = 10 ... 650.
