The thesis is devoted to improving of the quality of information security systems through the use of synthesized operations of permutations controlled by information in order to build computer cryptographic systems. To achieve the goal of the work, have been developed the method for synthesis of elementary functions of permutations controlled by information and the methods for synthesis of operations of permutations controlled by information, , making it possible to build computer cryptography algorithms of high reliability. Software and hardware means for implementation of operations of permutations controlled by information have been developed, and their performance has been evaluated
