Bobrovnytska N. Ukrainian folk poetry: folk-song genres

The research is devoted to the problem of folk poetry, in particular the types (systems) of folk poetry, which are allocated in it and to functioning of one of them - song verse. A detailed review of the special scientific literature is carried out. In the song verse of the ritual, non-ritual, ballads, comic and satirical lyrics the specificity of the verification structures in rhythmic, strophic and phonological levels is depicted. It is found that a more conservative and formal side is the ritual lyrics, which in the long-established formula allows the attachment of new content, which is confirmed by contemporary records. More dynamic is non-ritual lyric, which came much later. Some of the rhythmic scheme of social and domestic songs and about love and family life, can be seen not only syllabic, but also with sylabo-tone look. It is noted the commonality of rhyme and other features of fonic of all studied song lyrics.
