Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the development of the method, hardware and software for acoustic-emission instrument system in service. The model of resulting acoustic emission signal is built. Are determined the regularity change of its parameters at operating external factors at the stage of normal and disastrous wearing. At transition from stage on stage, and as at the prevailing gear of surface layers destruction of stuffs with their mathematical description. Are determined of experimental regularity change of AE parameters with allowance for operating of external factors. Is determined, that connection between load and average level of acoustic emission signal amplitude are described by a degree function. There are created a instrument system and mathematical software package for the collection, storage, processing operations and output the results of the AE signal analysis under mechanical loading.
