Essay

The thesis is devoted to the actual problem - development of the effective geological and geophysical models of sediments of the Karkinitskyi trough that provides increasing the unambiguous of exploration results. The solving of this problem provided by investigation of geological and petrophysical properties of geological section that affecting the seismic wave field characteristics and reservoir properties prediction of the investigated object. Investigated the influence of both the lower and upper Cretaceous on seismic wave field characteristics of sediments of the Karkinitskyi trough by applying synthetic seismic modeling. Defined acoustic characteristics of the sediments and their relationship between lithological and petrophysical properties of the investigated object; Complemented concepts about quantitative distribution of the areas with good reservoir properties (high values of porosity) in the productive strata (Golitsyna field, South Golitsyna field) and the structures identified and prepared for deep drilling in the Cretaceous strata within the fragment Karkinitsky trough of the Black Sea. The algorithm is developed and effective geological and geophysical model created of the fragment Karkinitsky trough with adaptation to the modern geological and technological process of hydrocarbons exploration within the north-western shelf of the Black Sea.
