Object is a creating process the hinge-articulated jib portal crane system. Research objective is an improving the reducing energy consumption and material consumption portal cranes. Methods: mathematical model approach, optimization, multivariate statistical method sieves. Theoretical and practical results: received of the rationale design parameters which allowed to at improving the reducing energy consumption and material consumption cranes. Scientific novelty: obtained and presented the algorithm and the program of integrated optimization synthesis. Introduction: "Specpromexpert" (c. Mariupol), OJS "GSKTI" concern "Azovmash" (c.
