Sych M. Scriptwriting-synergistic control of the technological complex's material flows of the sugar refinery

Dissertation is devoted to improving the efficiency of the sugar production through the creation of automated control system of the technological complex's material flows of the sugar refinery. The analysis of the sugar production processes as a complex organizational and technical system from the perspective of nonlinear dynamics was made. As a result, the intermittence of the object and its emergence through the self-organization of dissipative spatial-temporal chaotic structures are established. The presence of attractors in the space of order parameters is discovered. On the basis of factor-objective and situational analysis the scenarios of process control of sugar production are developed. According to the control scripts multi-objective optimal control under uncertainty in selected situational significant zones are implemented. For the technological complex of sugar refinery the design of aggregated synergistic control systems is completed. This provides the organization of controlling resource saving actions in accordance with established attractors reflecting the best mode of the object. A structure is created, algorithms and software-automated system of scriptwriting-synergistic control of the technological complex's material flows of the sugar refinery using modern information technology are developed.
