Essay

The thesis is devoted to increasing the productivity of the process of complex surfaces milling with ball end mills. The research is based on generalized notions of the effect of ensuring the accuracy of form on the processing performance as the main technological parameter, as well as the interdependence between the dynamic parameters of machining processing system (MPS), the kinematics of the cutting process and the modes of processing freeform surfaces with ball end mills, on the basis of which the model for determining the cutting conditions of dynamically stable state of MPS is preserved.
