Essay

Coming from the comparative analysis of physico-chemical properties of the synthesized heterostructures based on inorganic carrier - enzyme preparation of the black radish the differences in the behavior of heterostructures on various media are revealed caused by differences in the mechanisms of binding of the enzyme preparation with the inorganic carrier. The determining factor is the nature and acid-base properties of the surface of the formed heterostructure. The possibility of formation of structures capable for charge storage in inorganic systems with aerosil-300, immobilized enzyme and graphene, allows to implement them in a redox transformations. Heterostructures based on kaolin and aerosil-300 could be promising materials in devices for energy conversion (supercapacitors) with capacities up to 95 F/g.
