Essay

In the dissertation is formed the optimal diagnostic and treatment tactics of long bones osteosynthesis in patients with multiple and associated injuries, depending on the severity of the injury and condition. It was mathematically and statistically proven that scales ISS (injury severity score) and MFS-IC (military field surgery - injured condition) supplemented by age indicator (severity state) are optimal to determine treatment tactics for patients with polytrauma. It was compared the clinical material of 104 patients with multiple and associated fractures of long bones, for whom was used one-stage (43 persons) and two-stage (61 persons) tactics of osteosynthesis. It was proved that the optimal tactics for patients with 25-40 points by ISS and 21-32 points by MFS-IC supplemented by age indicator, is one-stage osteosynthesis: all types of external fixators with reposition of bone fragments and closed intramedullary blocking nailing.
