Essay

Object of study – processes that appear during the workpiece clampng in lathe jaws chuck. The aim of research – improving the flexibility of the equipment for turning, which works in conditions of frequent adjustment. The scientific novelty – theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed. The efficiency of the use of adaptive clamping elements in the chuck-workpiece system of lathe. The practical achieved – proposed the design of adaptive clamping elements, which extend the range of clamping diameters of worlpiece by one set of clamping elements. The degree of implementation – implemented in " Luizo" LLC and "Agrosem" LLC. Scope application – engineering.
