Essay

The reaction of soil microbiota of soybean agrocenosis to the use of herbicides clomazone and imazamox was studied. The effect of herbicides leads to a signafacant change in the number of microorganisms of the main ecological-trophic groups only at the initial stages of plant development. The study of the interrelationships between soil biological indicators has shown that when soil herbicides are introduced into the soil they lead to a restructuring of the internal structure of interactions in the cenosis and the destruction of the connections inherent in balanced ecosystems. Ecotoxilogical evaluation of herbicides indicates a significant biological effect on microbial communities and the functioning of soils. A study of the toxicity of herbicides against soil microorganisms-biosensors showed a negative effect and a violation of the physiological state of the cells. The selection of soil microorganisms-biodestructors was carried on. The study of the complementarity and biological indifference of the isolated microorganisms, which is necessary for their further joint use in bacterial complexes, showed that the selected isolates are compartible with each other, have no antagonistic effect and can be used in the future as a basis for complex biologics.
