Essay

Dissertation covers the influence of biologically active preparations on the increase of yield and quality of grafted grape seedlings, its storage in optimal physiological and biochemical state, prior to establishment of industrial vineyards. It was established that yield and quality of grafted seedlings depends on usage of BAP during the technological stages of their production. Depending on the type and multiplicity of treatments the regeneration properties of grafts are stimulated, the agrobiological factors of growth and grafts’ development are improved, the factors of water regime, the intensity of respiration and accumulation of pigments in the leaves tissues are increased. All above mentioned further the improvement of physico-biochemical conditions of shoots’ tissues and roots of grafted vine seedlings. The recovery of standard seedlings comparing to the control was higher after the socking of grape stalk (10,4%), after the pre-stratification treatment (9,8%); after the vegetative treatment (8,6%) and pre-planting treatment (5,6%). All above mentioned provides the additional profit over the range of 82,56 and 142,88 thousands grivna. The developed method of seedlings’ maintenance based on the usage of hydro-absorbents allows saving the tissues of shoots and roots in the optimal physico-biological conditions until the planting into the regular place.
