The dissertation is devoted to increase of efficiency computer-integrated systems at the expense improvement of methods and models for construction specialized calculators. The method of increasing the static noise immunity has been improved by detecting the energy saving of the arithmetic and logic device and self-sampling, which reduces the effects of noise. The graph-analytical method for increasing the reliability of the codeconverter on the basis of the table-logical method of hardware realization is improved, the visualization provides the speed of decision-making in many parameters. A model of the reproduction of the square root precision function and a bipodic code transducer model in unipolar codes is developed, which provides high performance, reduced power consumption and increased time to failure.
