Essay

It has been established that there is a functional condition between the parameters of the hydrosystem, in particular the volume of the used hydroaccumulator and the ratio of the basic and auxiliary time, which spent on the positioning of the jet head. The functional condition of the hole parameters is determined by the modes of formation of the jet and parameters of the hydrosystem, which is constructed on the basis of a one-way multiplicator. It is proved that wave processes in the pressure line play an essential role in providing the energy characteristics of the hydroabrasive jet. A new technical solution for manual type waterjet cutting equipment using variable pressure has been developed, which ensures high-performance processing and high quality of the received small-diameter holes, resulting in a loss of power of the waterjet equipment, while the cost of perforation is reduced. An engineering methodology for calculating the volume of a multiplicator, which is installed in the low pressure circuit, is developed, and recommendations are given for choosing the level of adjustment of the pressure of the process fluid for the formation of holes of a certain diameter.
