Essay

The thesis is devoted to study of genus Allium L. species in flora of Western Podillia. The modern distribution of species in the territory of Western Podillia is determined. Mapping patterns of species are made. The ecological-cenotic features of local habitats and seminal productivity, spatial structure, age range of populations are established. The present state of the protection of species of the Allium genus in the Western Podillia flora is analyzed and recommendations for its improvement are proposed. The creation of nature protection objects is substantiated.
