The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem aimed at optimizing the definition of colon adenocarcinoma differentiation and survival modeling based on the multifactorial evaluation of morphological, histochemical and immunohistochemical characteristics. Therefore, the histological, histo-and immunohistochemical, morphometric, denseiometric, and mathematical methods of research were used. The practical value is to improve the quality of the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the colon.
