Chernyshov O. Formation of a Small Town Economic Development Management System

In the thesis scientific basement of economic development of the small towns governing in the conditions of a transformation of state policy of regional and local development are highlighted, features of a economic development of the small towns of Ukraine are defined and as well as methodical support to assessment of effectiveness of use of potential of economic development of a small town are improved. On this basis conceptual provisions of formation of a system of economic development of a small town governing, the direction of organizational, economic and infrastructure support of economic development of a small town are offered. The main idea of the thesis is a realization of strategic approach to formation of a urban governance system and economic development of a small town. Also work procedures of development and realization of strategy of economic development of the small towns are described, the order of development, a statement and implementation of program documents on economic development is described.
