Object - processes of excitability of nerve cells. The aim is to improve the methods and tools of mathematical, computer modeling and computational methods for their integration into information technologies for the diagnosis of electrophysiological processes of cellular excitability. Methods - simulation is carried out in classes of nonlinear differential equations of the Hodgkin-Huxley type. Novelty - further developed the theory of mathematical modeling through the development of methods for studying stability, optimization, control and nonlinear analysis for the Hodgkin-Huxley system; mathematical methods of system analysis and decision making.
