Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of a new effective automatic control system for the hydrodynamic mode of the main oil pipeline, which will increase the reliability of the pipeline and reduce economic losses during the transportation of oil. The method of control pressure on the OPS by throttling the flow of oil was improved. Main feature of this method is the proposed change of the speed of the butterfly valve, depending on its position, which improved the speed of the pressure control system and the quality of the control process. The structure of the digital PI controller of the pipeline's hydrodynamic mode was improved. It differs from existing ones as it is built on the basis of recursive equations.Also was developed the method of compensating the nonlinearity of the pressure control system gain on the OPS. This compensation is provided by smoothly changing of the actuator full stroke time.
