Buletsa N. Stimulating socio-economic development of region in conditions of financial decentralization

The thesis is devoted to actual scientific problem of stimulating socio-economic development of regions in conditions of financial decentralization. The object of the research is the processes of stimulating the socio-economic development of regions with delegation of powers and financial resources to local authorities and governance. The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological, organizational and economic principles in encouragement of socio-economic development of regions within the framework of financial decentralization.Theoretical and methodical aspects of stimulating socio-economic development of regions in the conditions of financial decentralization are researched. In modern conditions the most demanded form of stimulation of regional development is financial decentralization, that takes into account the peculiarities of centralization and decentralization of relations between the state and its regions and has features depending on the country, is determined.
