Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of a technique for forming images of radar objects, the application of which will allow to improve their qualitative characteristics at predetermined time of locations. In the thesis, the structural construction of the semi-active radio-vision systems (SARV) has been improved, which will allow the implementation of the semi-active monitoring and digital transmission of radar information. Radio control algorithms are improved with mobile radar meters, which will allow increasing the number of receiving positions and implementing the necessary system configuration. Received further development of the algorithmic apparatus for synchronizing the functioning of the SARV. The algorithmic radar data processing apparatus has further developed, the use of which allows to extend the image of the radar object to a greater number of dimensions. The proposed method allows increases the number of elements separating radar objects and increases the likelihood of their classification. An estimation of the basic qualitative characteristics of images of radar objects in the application of the developed technique on the basis of an approbated mathematical apparatus. An analysis of the results showed that the proposed method is capable of: to provide the best angular coordinate resolution; improve the radiometric resolution of the image by an average of 12 - 31% compared to the one-position system; to increase the dynamic range of the image of the radar object on average from 7% to 12%.
