The research is devoted to the solution of the scientific and technical problem of tuning the automotive diesel engines PID-regulator components for stable operation in the entire speed and load range without deteriorating the fuel economy. The effect of regulatory components on the operation of a motor diesel was studied. There are detailed mathematical model of the all-mode electronic speed controller for diesel has been developed with the implementation of the PID-control algorithm, maintaining the angle of the tilt of the regulating branch of the engine-independent crankshaft of the diesel engine and reproducing the effect of diesel vibrations on the operation of the system.
