Lupych O. Formation of a competitive hotel industry of the region

The methodical principles of estimation the social and economic efficiency of hotels' activities in Ukraine were offered. The object of research is the set of processes of forming competitive advantages of the hotel industry development in the region. The subject of the study: the theoretical positions, methodological and practical aspects of forming the competitiveness of the hotel industry in the modern conditions. The estimation of concentration and localization of services of collective means of placement in the regions of Ukraine and an integrated assessment of the competitiveness of regions with the development of the hospitality industry was conducted by the economic and statistical analysis. According to the results of сorrelation-regression analysis, Competitive Advantage Model of the hotel industry in the Transcarpathian region was developed. The model of strengthening of competitive ability based on creation of unified technologies and key competencies in the hotel sphere was developed. The comparative aspects of Franchise Agreements and Management Agreements in the hotel business were detailed in the study. The algorithm and the methodology of creating a regional hotel operator (for the Transcarpathian region) were developed, the functional structure of its management was proposed.
