The current Ukrainian energy market model and its key indicators are analyzed. The key problems and prospects of energy market development are identified. Conceptual foundations of the energy market clustering are formulated considering the whole complex of operating conditions. Scenario approaches to the development of the Ukrainian electricity market are reasoned. The ways in which the market develops depending on various influence mechanisms are demonstrated. Managerial approaches to the regional clustering of the electric power market involving intellectual analytical technologies are developed. They provide a further opportunity to formulate integrated recommendations in terms of implementing alternative energy projects in the clusters. The innovative approaches to the development of clusters are determined. A model of a business accelerator to support the clusters already established is developed.
