Serohina N. Development of regional road infrastructure on the basis of public-private partnership

The theoretical and practical foundations of the formation of road infrastructure support for the development of the region were determined. The essence of the concept "public-private partnership" is specified. A new criterion for the classification of motorways is proposed - "road rating". The influence of the improvement of the road infrastructure on the change of the internal regional product is considered. The state, trends in the development of the road infrastructure of the regions of Ukraine are determined. Factors affecting the level of development of roads of region considered. Statistical clustering of the regions of the country was carried out according to the main indicators of the road infrastructure. The management structure of the road system has been improved through the creation of an independent monitoring body within the regional road infrastructure management entity. The package of principles for organizing tenders has been expanded with the following differences: two-level procedure and priority of selection of national partners. The creation of the Ukravtodor marketing system by using digital marketing methods is proposed. The model of cooperation between the state and the private sector in the processes of development of road infrastructure was improved.
