The theoretical model of personal communicative characteristics has been clarified, it consists of the next blocks: social and perceptual;affective and empathic;cognitive and informational;regulatory behavioural.The developed five-factor model of personal communicative characteristics include the next factors: "social perception", "subordination", "normative politeness", "self-control", "communicative tolerance".
