Savchuk S. Peculiarities of oxidative processes and the state of endogenous intoxication in rats with acute respiratory distress syndrome and their correction.

The thesis is devoted to explaining the patterns of oxygen imbalance and its deviations due to lipid peroxidation, antioxidant defense, immunological resistance, endogenous intoxication on experimental acute respiratory distress syndrome and the effectiveness of oxygen insufflation, the substance “KD-234”, reamberin and their combinations use and its deviations due to lipid peroxidation oxidation, antioxidant defense, immunological resistance, endogenous intoxication with experimental acute respiratory distress syndrome and the effectiveness of prophylactic use of insufflation by oxygen, substance “KD-234”, reamberin and their combinations It has been established that the combined administration of two agents (insufflation of oxygen with substance “KD-234” or reamberin) has a significant positive effect on free radical oxidation and antioxidant defense indices compared to monotherapy, with the best antiradical effect in the group of animals with acute respiratory distress syndrome noted at the combined application of oxygen insuflation with the substance “KD-234”. In animals with varying resistance to hypoxia, the combined use of oxygen insufflation and the substance “KD-234” in the conditions of the experimental acute respiratory distress syndrome reduces the effects of cytolysis, a slightly lower effect is observed with a combination of oxygen therapy and reamberin. To the same extent, the positive corrective effect on the indicators of humoral immunity are combinations of oxygen insufflation with reamberin or with the substance “KD-234”.
