Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the accumulation and influence of chromium compounds Cr (III) in complex with selenium Se (IV) on the biosynthesis and accumulation of selenometall-containing biologically active complexes with lipids of Chlorella vulgaris Beij. with the next study of metabolic reactions of the organism by the action of the lipid and seleniumchromelipid complex from Ch. vulgaris in healthy rats and by streptosotocine-nicotinamide-induced diabetes mellitus type 2. In the process of incubation of an algal pure culture of green alga Ch. vulgaris during 7 days in the presence of sodium selenite (10 mg/dm3) in conjunction with Cr (III) (5,0 mg/dm3) in lipids was found an increase of the content of selenium and chromium against the control indicators. It was isolated lipid and seleniumchromelipid complexes from chlorella that contained selenium and chromium and under condition of everyday (daily) entry in duration of 14 days in animals organism no intoxication was detected, energy metabolism was activated and showed antioxidant activity. Under modeled diabetes mellitus type 2 the entry of seleniumchromelipid complex decreases indexes of general intoxication, improves carbohydrate and lipid interchanges, stabilizes oxidant status, in tissue. The obtained results open the perspective of using biologically active additives that were isolated from chlorella and contain chromium and selenium for the correction of pathological processes in clients with type 2 diabetes.
