This thesis is devoted to study of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical provisions for the formation and implementation of regional mechanisms of stimulation of entrepreneurship in the sphere of rural green tourism. Scientific approaches to the definition of "rural green tourism" are summarized. A conceptual model of regional development of entrepreneurship in the sphere of rural green tourism is developed. Methodological approach to the assessment of natural resource potential of rural tourism regions is formed.
