Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the problem of quality assurance of the processed surface of parts with a diameter of 5-20 mm. The main idea of the work is to scientifically substantiate the need to combine the site of its own forms of oscillation with the processing area, which allows to ensure the roughness of the treated surface to the requirements of the drawing provided that the number of technological operations is reduced. The dependences of the influence of the frequencies of the internal oscillations of the university's universities on the roughness of the processed surface are obtained. The obtained results allow to establish ranges of frequency of rotation of a spindle with modulation, which provide reduction of the number of technological operations provided that the roughness of the processed surface is ensured.
