Object of research: Glova is common in conditions of extensive cultivation on the Lviv Rostoch. Aim: to study the ecological and biological features of extensive cultivation of clay common in the conditions of Lviv Roztochchya. Methods of research: to study the patterns of distribution and occurrence of the clay common in the forest conditions of the Lviv Roztochchy; To study the bioecological and biocenotic peculiarities of the development of the clay common on cuttings of deciduous trees; to investigate the efficiency of the infection of mycelium with the usual stumps of strums on forest cuttings; to investigate the speed and nature of the degradation of wood with the glow commonplace; to study the possibility of using woodpecker and humus for the cultivation of ordinary clay; to find out the state of contamination of the fruit bodies of the clay common heavy metals, radionuclides and nitrates; to investigate biocenotic relations of the fungus with pests; to develop recommendations for the cultivation of ordinary clay on substrates of different origins. The scientific novelty is as follows: for the first time: in the conditions of Lviv Rozotocchia and the specific forest conditions, the distribution and occurrence of ordinary clay and the infection of the main forest species were revealed; defined parameters of edafa-climatic conditions for the location of plantation plots for the cultivation of ordinary clay; carried out research on the efficiency of growing of clay common on cuttings of hard-walled and softwood tree species with different levels of absolute humidity; established time limits of the sum of effective temperatures during the fruiting period of the ordinary clay; the dependence of the size of the fruit bodies on the thickness of the cuttings was found; The biocenotic relations of ordinary clay and its pests - the large snail and the humpback flies - are investigated. the level of accumulation in heavy metals, nitrates and radionuclides in the fruit bodies has been established; Improved: ways of multiplying the ordinary clay; definition of seasonal rhythms of the formation of ordinary clay; was further developed: ways to inoculate cutting, dupel and stumps on the logs. Practical significance: The obtained data on the distribution of ordinary clay provide the ability to make a fungal culture from the most productive strains. The technology of cultivating the usual clay on wood cuttings and wood chipping stones, which can be used by forestry enterprises and mushroom lovers, is proposed. Field of use: forestry and gardening. Target of research: decorative cultivars of genus Picea received by vegetative and seed reproduction methods.
