The dissertation is dedicated to theoretical generalization and new scientific approaches to the implementation of the actual scientific and practical tasks. It deepens theoretical and methodological principles, develops directions to the improvement of organizational and economic provision of cross-border cooperation projects management. The investment levels of cross-border cooperation projects management are highlighted. The directions of improvement for cross-border cooperation projects investment support are determined. The thesis offers to create fund that will be permanently renewed for cross-border cooperation projects own contribution. This fund will allow to accumulate financial resources from alternative sources of revenues and thus will allow to intensify the project activity in the field of cross-border cooperation.
