Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of diagnostics of cardiovascular diseases in women with rheumatoid arthritis, by identifying the interconnections of the morphological changes of the main and peripheral vessels with the factors of cardiovascular risk. The paper presents the solution of the actual scientific problem of rheumatology to improve the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases in women from the RA by studying the dopplerographic features of the main and peripheral arteries. The diagnostic value of duplex scan of the main and peripheral vessels as a predictor (marker) for the development of cardiovascular diseases in women with RA, depending on age, presence of menopause, laboratory parameters compared with healthy subjects.
