This dissertation examines the biological and morphological features of plants of the following species: Calycanthus floridus L., C. fertilis Walt., C. occidentalis Hook. et Arn. in terms of secondary area. Comparative analysis of the climatic conditions of the natural area on the territory of the Volyn Upland allows to obtain scales of phytoindication and to determine the range of tolerance of calycanthus to abiotic factors.
