The thesis is devoted to the investigation of extraction conditions of hollow-fiber and dispersive liquid-phase microextraction (DLME) methods for preconcentration of phthalates, DLME and solid-phase microextraction (SPME) methods for preconcentration of С1 - С8 aliphatic aldehydes. Hansen solubility parameters were applied in liquid-phase microextraction methods, which allowed to justify the obtained results, in particular, the choice of optimal organic solvents for extraction of phthalates. Proposed DLME method allowed quantitative extraction of phthalates with different polarity. Due to the derivatization of pentafluorobenzylhydroxylamine, DLME method for C1 - C5 aliphatic aldehydes was combined with gas chromatographic determination. Headspace SPME method for preconcentration of C1 - C5 aldehydes is improved due to preliminary derivatization in aqueous solution.
