It was established that the addition of different amount of impurity (Me - Hg2+, Mn2+, Zn2+) precursors to freshly prepared CdTe nanoclusters with subsequent heat treatment allows to obtain a series of colloidal solutions of Cd1-хМехTe NCs with optical properties in the wavelength range of 496 - 902 nm. The conditions of controlled anodization of titanium plates have been established, which allows us to obtain an optically active in the visible light range of TiO2 layer on the titanium plate surface. The optically active substrates of Ti/TiO2 allows to vary the photoluminescence intensity of waveguide structures based on CdTe/CdS NCs layer by layer films incorporated in a polymer matrix.
