The thesis is devoted to investigation of the following properties of ortogonally additive operators: lateral continuity,lateral monotonicity, to be disjointness preserving, to be narrow, extendability from different subsets of a vector lattice to the entire lattice. Moreover, we study questions of the existence of order Schauder bases in Banach lattices.
