Kobyletskyy O. Role of neurogenic biomarkers in prognostication of consequences after craniocerebral trauma

Dissertation is devoted to problem of optimization of diagnostics and prognostication of consequences of heavy craniocerebral trauma. Practical, diagnostic and prognostic meaningfulness of neurogenic biomarkers is in-process well-proven in prognostication of motion and consequences of craniocerebral trauma for optimization of methods of timely and effective diagnostics of this pathology. Criteria are worked out for the construction of prognostic conclusions with taking into account of violations of biochemical indexes and neurogenic markers in the dynamics of sharp period of heavy craniocerebral trauma and these neurovizual researches. On the basis of the got results worked out, approved and the algorithm of diagnostics inculcated in practice heavy craniocerebral trauma by the use of the electronic program of mathematical prognostication.
