Tulchinsky G. Cranioplasty skull defects by bioceramics transplants

Theoretical basis and the decision of a scientific problem are showed in the dissertation work, which is to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with defects after craniotomy by applying cranioplasty using bioceramic transplants. The method of cranioplasty was improved based on the use of bioceramic БКС-11 that allows eliminate different in size and shaping craniotomy defects of the cranial vault. The comparative analysis of the dynamic of changes in the values of endogenous intoxication after application of bioceramics transplants and protakril transplants and titanium to eliminate craniotomy defects was be performed. The clinical efficacy of the developed cranioplasty using bioceramic material based on a comparative analysis of the immediate results of treatment with the results cranioplasty in which protakril and titanium used was be prowed for the first time. Analysis of long-term results using cranioplastybioceramic transplant in comparison with results of a cranioplasty, which employ another type of the transplant (protakril, titanium) was be performed.
