Yakymenko O. Formation of the mechanism of management of the innovative potential of the construction complex of the region

In the dissertation work the results of the decision of an important scientific task of development of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations concerning the formation of the mechanism of management of the innovative potential of the construction complex of the region are obtained. The methodical approach to the estimation of innovative support of construction enterprises of the regions of Ukraine is developed, which takes into account the level of market, technological and resource components. the methodical approach to the estimation of the influence of external factors on the innovative potential of construction enterprises of the regions of Ukraine, which, in contrast to the existing ones, takes into account the multidirectional interests of the stakeholder groups, is based on the method of estimating polygons and the theory of stakeholders, it allows to construct a radar impact of the stakeholders on the innovative potential of construction enterprises of Ukrainian regions and determine the generalized magnitude of their influence; The paper identifies the directions of improving the efficiency of management of the innovative potential of the construction complex of the Kharkiv region on the basis of the choice of an effective strategy of innovation development and substantiates the conditions for the formation of the mechanism of management of the innovative potential of the construction complex of the region on the basis of comprehensive support of the state regional authorities and relevant professional experience of management of enterprises of the regional construction complex. In the proposed integrated mechanism of management of the innovative potential of the building complex of the Kharkiv region, the functions of innovation and strategic management that will allow more perfectly and efficiently to manage the implementation of the innovation strategy of the regional construction complex and implement a well-planned innovative regional policy should be used.
