Essay

The new approach to installing exergy saving exploitation of air conditioning systems (ACS) on the example of central straight flow ACS for cleanrooms with the air washer and with recuperative air cooler, which is based on using modern method of thermodynamic analysis − exergetic, has been done. Algorithms and mathematical models of work of these ACS was created and, accordingly, the computer programs were designed which gave opportunity to make computational and quantitative experiments on the mathematical models of investigated systems and solve the task of improving of their work and development of effective energy saving ACS, not to only find their exergetic output-input ratio (OIR), but to prove and raise energy effectiveness of work of investigated ACS. The dependence of exergetic OIR and exergy losses is in the main elements of investigated ACS on factors that are determinants of their work, that are: temperature and moisture content of environment, internal temperature and moisture content air of cleanroom; temperature difference between internal and supplied air in the cleanroom and coefficient of transformation of refrigerator machine, has been investigated. The universal dependences for gaining of exergetic OIR of investigated ACS, depending of different factors which have influence on these ACS work, has been proposed. Propositions about improving the work of elements of central straight flow ACS for cleanrooms with air washer and with recuperative air cooler have influence on decreasing of their exergy losses and general increasing of exergetic OIR of these ACS, has been designed.
