Essay

The dissertation summarizes the results of the study of morphofunctional changes in respiratory organs, thymus, cloacal bag, spleen, liver, of broiler chicken of 3-4 weeks of age at ornithobacteriosis. It was determined that the basis of the mechanism of disease development is the generalized desolation of the central and peripheral immune organs, where against the background of a sharp violation of the structural and functional state of the immune system of the organism, microbes Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale actively multiplied and penetrated into blood. The massive intake of Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale and their toxins in the vascular channel was caused by acute circulatory failure, generalized intravascular coagulation. This led to profound violations of cellular metabolism and the development of inflammatory processes in respiratory organs, serous coverages, heart, kidneys, liver, and also pointed to the acute form of the course and the septic nature of the disease.
