The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the scientific problem -increasing the impedance of communication channels with complex obstacles based on the development of new, more effective methods of nonlinear signal processing in the spectral region. The technique of suppressing complex non-Gaussian interference is improved, which, unlike the known ones, uses a pre-selective nonlinear spectral transformation in the frequency region. For the first time, the implementation of an advanced method in the form of a discrete model of a digital nonlinear phase filter and algorithm of digital signal processing with the use of fast algorithms of orthogonal transformations is proposed. The method of parametric optimization of a nonlinear phase filter for a pulse with deterministic parameters was further developed. For the first time a method of receiving discrete messages in a channel with non-Gaussian disturbances using a nonlinear phase filter
