Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of calculation methods for the analysis of working parameters of steady-state GOST and their main elements of GOP, forecasting of technical and economic indices of machine-tractor aggregate for the definition of rational circuit decisions GOMT. The urgency of the work is the need to ensure the competitiveness of domestic tractors. The analysis of two-flow GOMT of wheeled tractors of foreign analogues is carried out. It is refined on the basis of the latest experimental data on losses and efficiency of the mathematical model of bulky axial-piston hydromachines, as the main elements of tractor GOMT. The algorithm and computational procedure for the establishment of a one-to-one correspondence between the operating parameters, losses, and the efficiency of the GOP in the forward and reverse power flows through the GOP during their operation in the two-stream GOMT are developed. For the first time, the design and theoretical methodology and program implementation for determining the parameters of the GOP, GOST and the main technical and economic indicators of the ATS, taking into account the modes of power circulation, losses in the GOP, GOMT and tractor loading for analysis and forecasting of the characteristics of alternative tractor GOMT and scientific substantiation of the most efficient transmission for concrete tractor. For the first time, the task of constructing universal characteristics of tractors with GOMT and visualization of the working parameters of GOMT in the whole range of tractor operating modes for comparison of alternate circuit designs of GOMT and the choice of the most rational of them was solved. The universal characteristics of the first HTTP-21021 tractor with the GOMT-1C design of NTU "KhPI" and JSC "KhTZ" were constructed. According to the results of numerical and field experiments, it was concluded that mathematical models and proposed methods are adequate and aimed at increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of domestic tractors.
