Essay

The thesis contains the results of theoretical and experimental studies of electro-technological complex for optical stimulation of seeds. By the treatment of seeds by combined optical radiation as a result of changes in the activation energy biopotential and biometric indicators of plantlets of cucumber seeds varies, which are directly proportional to the change of the activation energy. Dependences of biopotential change of plantlets of cucumber seeds from treatment temperature and time were obtained. On the basis of researches it was found that biopotential, biometric indicators and cucumber yield is changed the most by treatment dose 25–30 mJ/cm2, so the most appropriate regime of optical treatment of cucumber seeds before sowing is treatment time 2.5–3 minutes and treatment temperature is +38 °C. Simulation of mixing process of seeds in a quasi-steady flow for the uniform presowing treatment by combined optical radiation was carried out. Results of production tests are given and the economic efficiency of using the electro-technological complex for the combined optical stimulation of greenhouse crops seeds was determined.
