The dissertation work is devoted to the decision of solving a complex of scientific and technical issues related to the research of methods of increasing the impedance of channels of cognitive radio networks. The study of the effects of fading on the impedance of receiving digital messages, which significantly limits the speed of information transmission and the development of models and ways to increase the efficiency of high-speed networks of digital radio communications of the new generation. The noise suppression technique is improved at signal processing using wavelet transform for heterogeneous radio networks, which allows to carry out a qualitative analysis of the signal with the obtaining of characteristics of local interval features and significantly increase the efficiency of signal processing. Built algorithm definition optimal meanses of parameters signals with increased impedance in radionetworks FH-OFDMA, which provided substantial gain in impedance. Suggested a way of measurement relation signal/noise for adaptive radiolines mobile communication of new generation. Carried out practical realization developed models and method of increase effectivity functioning high speed cognitive radiodevices. A device for measuring the signal/noise ratio in receiver systems of adaptive mobile radio communication is proposed.
