Dissertation is devoted to research of electromechanical properties of two- and three-layer metal films and film-based alloys Fe and Pt, Gd or Ni and explain the physical effects that occur in films in the elastic, quasi-elastic and plastic deformation. It was demonstrated the interrelation between structural-phase state of studied films and their electromechanical properties. It was shown that reducing of the grain size leads to a reduction of the transition value from elastic to plastic deformation. First, it was established the pattern of occurrence of nonlinear effects in the electromechanical properties of thin films, we proposed the model that describes the realization of such effects in thin films.
